A2Central Chat Client

This is a chat client that was written specifically for A2Central Online Chat.  It will not work with any other chat servers.

• Auto login all the way to the chat room

• Keeps a current listing of all the people in the chat room.

• Opens dedicated separate windows for private chat conversations.

• Plays sounds for incoming private messages & chat room entries & exits. Use any WAV file you want for each sound. (Future)

• Choose your favorite font, font color, and background color

• Save the chat transcript to a text file

• Menu driven options such as timestamps on/off, block private messages on/off, play sounds on/off

• Opens a non-scrolling window for reading scrollback

• Opens a window to view the raw IRC messages; both incoming & outgoing

• Login, Away From Keyboard, Back at Keyboard, Logoff, and Read Scrollback buttons quickly accessible via main toolbar.

• Multi-line message entry box. Use Shift+Enter to insert a line break, or just press Enter to send the message.

• Hyperlinks are recognized and clickable.
